Hi,
We have a mobile web app which is run on mobile and tablets on iOS and android devices.
I just started exploring iOS driver to automate on iOS - Safari.

Thought we can use Selendroid for Android but looks like selendroid doesnt support only native and hybrid and not web applications ? Kindly confirm.

So, what is the alternative - Appium ?

Can I use Appium for both iOS and Android ?

For iOS web app automation - which one is the best - iOS driver or Appium?

Thanks in Advance!!

So, does it mean Selendroid doesnt support Webapp automation on Android for browsers like chrome, firefox?

Selendroid doesn't automate browsers.

However you can automate chrome with appium:

{
  app: 'chrome'
  , device: 'Android'
};
I guess if 'chrome' is replaced with firefox, it might work, i did not try though
