Test Automation with Appium - Doubts

Hi,

I'm totally newbie with mobile automation, but I think appium is a complete tool. Doubts:

1) To develop in appium, needs license from apple?

2) I don't have a Mac, then showed me this tool: http://www.macincloud.com/ - What do you say?

If you're doing iOS automation then you'll need a Mac. android
automation using appium works on Windows/Linux/OS X.
