Appium Driver new methods like (swipe,launch,isInstalled,tap etc) is not working

Hi all,

New Appium driver methods are not working for iOS 6 or 7.

eg:
driver.swipe();
driver.tap();
I am passing the valid arguments. Please help me.

Shot in the dark here: you need to create a 

 AppiumDriver driver = new AppiumDriver(new URL(url), capabilities);

not a RemoteWebDriver.

Also use latest version of appium..probably 1.2.0

HI, I am using latest version of Appium & Appium driver is already created, but still I am unable to use the methods like launch,swipe etc...in iOS.

Just saying unable to use is not going to take you anywhere. Provide more details about appium version, java client version, desired capabilities, code, appium logs, issues, exceptions etc
