How can I find an element by xpath in this case

I'm trying to do a demo on Appium and I don't know how to select an element by xpath in this case:

Please give me some clues on it.

Do you know how to construct an xpath query from xml source? In that case, get the xml source from appium and take a look at it in order to construct the query.

If not, it's a good skill to learn! I think it's fun.
