Issues while doing appium environment setup

Hi,
I'm new to this group and application. I'm facing issues while setting up appium environment itself.I'm using xcode v7.1 and appium 1.5.2 and npm & nodejs latest.
My app is crashing while it is launching and doctor is also not working throwing an error.Some times simulator starts some times I see pop up message saying couldn't launch appium inspector (screenshots are attached).
Somebody please help me on it, I'm only and first person working on it.Client wants to implement it and deadline is 15th.
