Why set Storekit optional?

Hi

The docs indicate in bold that we need to setup StoreKit as optional and not required.

Why to do this? for iOS<3 ? (as StoreKit appears with iOS 3)

I don't remember the exact iOS version, but yes, it was so Appirater could run on older devices. Appirater uses the SKStoreProductViewController class on iOS 6. Not on iOS 7 though, because Apple disabled the review button from SKStoreProductViewController. Feel free to require it for linking in your app, though it shouldn't make any difference.
