Fire-walled in China?

One quick question: is Appfog fire-walled in China. I have tried to share a few of my Appfog links with folks in China with no success.

i selected aws-sgm and I am connecting from china, it works just fine.

Thanks Ryan, that is helpful. Interesting. My appfog app using a domain transferred from godaddy, www.owlnote.com is blocked from every tested inland location, however, the appfog domain for that app, owlnote.aws.af.cm works fine.

I'm a rookie scratching my head.
