Hi,

I have add appdf folder with the description file to OI Shopping List at github

I don't want to copy files around within my repo. Therefore, there are the following suggestions:

- add "host" attribute for application-description-file
This allows the parser to understand where the description file is hosted

- allow relative path to the "host" path for screenshots, icons, etc.

- allow absolute path with scheme like http: or https: or ftp:

Now, with a hosted version the editor should be able to create the zip file, apps stores can pick up changes and import these.

Does it make sense?

Cheers
Friedger

Well I think we can add such functionality to parser-lib ( for example ) download, parse, validate and save description file from  provided url.
