Open tasks list

I have create a new category for the issues "open tasks":

and will post there the open tasks we have. 

My idea is to use this system as a pool for tasks for people who want to help to the project. So

1. There is no need to post everything there. Just there should be enough open tasks at any time that a person who wants to help to the project can find one 

2. The tasks should be managable in size. I would recommend avoiding creating too big tasks. From my point of view right size would be between 1 hour and 1 week.

3. Initially we should prefer tasks that are well issolated to make it easier for new people to join the project
