Values for the "reduceDeblock" parameter

Hi,

I am currently figguring out how to use the optimize-swf goal in
flexmojos. As Velo seems to deflect any question regarding apparat,
I'll have to ask here.
What values are valid for the "reduceDeblock" property? In the Api
documentation it says double ... but that's no real help. Is it 0...1,
0...100 and especially what does the parameter actually do? What is
"0" and what is "1"/"100"??

Would be glad if you could help me here ;-)
