Hello,

Julia Mossbridge gave me this link to so called SAM audio file - Spatial Angle Modulation. SAM technology is something similar to HemiSync, but more advanced than HemiSync.

This is a SAM Remote Viewing tuning audio and it is designed to help tune in more easily when you do RV session:

More on SAM technology:

Please DO NOT share beyond APP members as requested by Julia. She is also interested to find out it this work, so you can share your results with me or her at jmoss...@gmail.com

Best regards
Igor

Hi there Igor!

You can share with anyone in APP -- please don't share beyond that.

In an informal experiment type way, I'd be very interested to find out whether you think this works at all, and if it does, whether it works when you play it prior to or during a viewing.

Take care!

Julia

Hi Igor,

I've worked a bit with both at TMI and I would not say SAM is more advanced. It is newer technology. I have noticed people have more of a varied experience using SAM (at least the groups I participated in).

For me it keeps me more present in my body - peaceful and grounded. This has been across the board for me regardless the context I have used SAM.

Cheers!
Joyce

Hi Igor, being a total newbie to this stuff, I’ve no idea on how to go about using it.

Do I need to listen to the entire recording?

Do I listen to it before (i.e. the cool down) doing an RV session or during?

If before, should I be lying down?

I’m assuming one should also use headphones. Does it matter what kind?

Can I use it for other things, such as lucid dreaming, or focusing better or is this file specifically designed with RV in mind?

Can this take the place of daily meditation? Or is it an adjunct?

Anything else I need to know (besides, not operating machinery)

Thanks for your help!

Hi Patricia,

Thanks for your questions.

Do I need to listen to the entire recording?

No, you don't have to if it's too long for you (40 minutes). You can listen to it until you feel you are ready (mind is calm) for RV session, like listening for 10 or 15 or 20 minutes or whatever.

Do I listen to it before (i.e. the cool down) doing an RV session or during?

Personaly I always listen before, as cooldown. But Julia mentioned that one can listen during session- but I find that way to be distracting for the session.

If before, should I be lying down?

Get into any position that is comfortable for you. You may just sit, relaxed, closed eyes... I sit. Lying down and I may get fall asleep :)

I’m assuming one should also use headphones. Does it matter what kind?

I for sure use headphones.
This is from one of Hemi-Sync manuals:

"To begin, you will need stereo headphones.. Alternatively, if you prefer to work without headphones, position yourself between your left and right speakers for optimum effects."
I don't have SAM manual, but I assume that headphones recommendation also applies.

Any On-Ear (or over-ear) Headphones should be OK, but maybe not to buy cheapest :). I don't like earbuds/in-ear headphones.

Can I use it for other things, such as lucid dreaming, or focusing better or is this file specifically designed with RV in mind?

This one is designed for RV as I have been told.

For meditation and other purposes you can find other Monroe audio products. They have lots of various audio CD's.

Best
Igor

Hi Igor:

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer my questions. I’m excited to give it a try.

I have a couple more questions about it.

I’m assuming that its effectiveness varies from person to person. Is there any way that you know of to determine how well one might respond to it? For ex: people that are more intuitive might respond more immediately or intensely to it?

I’m guessing that since it’s inducing a particular state of consciousness, that it’s immediate. If that’s the case, then does it happen more quickly with each session? Or perhaps more intensely?

I’m really quite intrigued by this whole field of Frequency Modulation. I’d like to explore it further, but as I’m sure you know, it can quickly become very expensive. I wouldn’t mind spending the money if I actually knew it would work. I hear lots of testimonials, but not from people I know/trust.

So THANK YOU so much for sharing this file with the group!

And Alex: Glad to help out!

Have a Great Day!

I don't know this, I guess it is individual.
Best, I.

Patricia,
If you would like a more thorough answer to your questions may I suggest you contact Bob Holbrook at the Monroe Institute he is the Director of Innovation and is responsible for working tirelessly on creating the present technology called Spatial Angle Modulation (SAM) after inheriting it from Skip Atwater who initially designed and developed it.

Since I personally know Bob - I want to make sure anyone who has serious questions about this technology knows the source you can go to to find the most accurate answers:

Also, Skip Atwater info about SAM can be found on IRVA's website back in 2012.
http://www.irva.org/conferences/speakers/atwater.html

Please note anyone that tried the "old version" Skip Atwater days of SAM and gain an opinion about it (some complaints were headaches) Bob Holbrook, over these last few years,  really has tested, expanded and tweaked the technology to eliminate this issue. So, if you are from the "old days of SAM," I invite you to go ahead and try Julia Mossbridge's recording that she used in her creativity research that is posted on this site. Creativity and intuition are in the same region of the brain and she found positive results with it for herself with intuition. Her creativity research is a white paper and has not been published yet.

I debated to state my results here because I don't usually use entrainment tools or cool downs for viewing.  So, my results may be quite different because of that.
