Any way to deactivate background data as Mobile Data is activated?

Pretty straightforward question with an answer I could not find

I've looked myself for background data control, but I don't think you can do that through the app as it doest have the right permissions to do so.

As a side, Reactor seems to not be able to control data or airplane mode with more recent android os'.
