It sounds like you are just running the buildserver. You must also run the App Engine development server using dev_appserver.bat, as specified on slide 9.

Evan

Hi Sir
I would like to know where does this file you mentioned with name " dev_appserver.bat" is existed. I tried to create a sample app called hello world, using the sample shown in Google Cloud. Do i need to use the said command in Google cloud or Do i need to need to do something else.

What stack trace do you see in the console? Just knowing that you get a 503 error isn't very helpful. Which version of the App Engine SDK are you using?

Evan
