What after $ant

I successfully executed and build app inventor but now what to do? I mean where is the new build located? and how can I live to test it in my browser? I found that I need to install Google App engine for that and that's why I downloaded google app engine for java but now what to do?? I have a desktop shortcut of .exe named Google Cloud SDK Shell. 

Please, someone, explain further instruction in details
