Bad Resize on Nexus 7 when published on Playstore

Hi everybody !
I published an educational app on Playstore. Though I used in the Android Manifest this string:

<supports-screens android:resizeable="true" android:smallScreens="true" android:normalScreens="true" android:largeScreens="true"  android:lxargeScreens="true" android:anyDensity="false" />

everything is ok when the app is installed on phones, when installed on a Nexus 7 tablet or Samasung Galaxy Notes 10 tablet you get a small size version of the app on top of screen that can be enlarged to the screen full size.

Can anyone advise on the actions to be taken to correct this (big) issue?
