download zip file and how to import this to app inventor project aia file

Hello, I try to download some sample app from the gallery but everything when I download the .zip file, I cannot locate any .aia file and upload to my app inventor project.  Can you tell me how I can download the file and install on my mobile phone? Thanks.

If it's a zip file, it's only for App Inventor 1.

And no, there is no converter to App Inventor 2 aia file format.
