teacher Parent meetings

Hello there

I am a newbie and I am looking to make an application that can organize teacher parent time slots for teacher parent meetings.

This means that the the parents downloads the app, chooses the class, teacher, date and time that he wants and the details are sent to the teacher.

The time slot that is chosen is then removed form the list.

Where do I start?
