Hi,

I'm using r95, and have run in to a show-stopper. The issue seems to
be that GAE loads this patch a number of times (not just on the first
request), which adds about 1.5-2 seconds to the request time. Even for
the most simplest of tasks, this triggers a CPU load warning on GAE.

The symptom is the follow log entry:
appengine_django module is not listed as an application!
Added 'appengine_django' as an application

I assume this is a bug in GAE, but has anyone using this patch run in
to this problem. If so, is there a workaround?

Thanks!

have you added appengine_django as an application in your settings.py?

Crikey, to say that was mildly embarrassing would be an
understatement! I'd followed 2 web tutorials over a year ago on
getting started, and both neglected that detail. I'm worried that the
warning message didn't trigger *something* in my head. Alas! That,
obviously, was the issue and it's sorted now. Thanks for your help
(and apologies for the delay in replying).
