Patch for #102

Hi,

I attached a patch for issue #102 http://code.google.com/p/google-app-engine-django/issues/detail?id=102 to port the django.contrib.sites app into the helper. 

Is this the correct process, to attached the patchfile to the issue to get it reviewed?
