WTP Winter Party

Hi Folks - 

My apologies for getting this out late, but we are indeed planning or Anual Winter Party and would like input on the best date. 

We are currently looking at either February 1 or February 22. 

We have placed a poll on the Covenant LARP Forum here:  http://p3forums.com/covenant/smf/index.php?topic=298.0

But please feel free to contact me directly as well.  We will make a decision on the date this weekend, so please let us know what works best for you.  If you think you will attend regardless of date or cannot attend at all, we'd love to know that too.

I am not available on 2/1, I'll be chaperoning 250 seniors in the Poconosthat weekend.  Not sure about 2/22 yet.

Were having a cast meeting this Friday, so I'll discuss this with everyone then and drop you an email Saturday and let you know when is best for the rest of the Ragnarok Rising team.

Hi John,

I talked to Becky, Carl, Kath, Drew, and Conrad.  The 22 is best for all of us for a mid winter party.

We've named our game, it's going to be called "Ragnarok Rising"  We don't have a website yet, but I hope that we will soon.

ps. I got the card and the cheeses.  The cheeses were delightful and the card is adorable.  I cannot believe how quickly Allie and Grif are growing!  Give my love to the family.  :)

Great news!  We selected the 22nd.  That was best for most.  Will keep you posted once we make arrangements.
