March 7, 2017

Call to Order:  2:00pm

         I.            Christian motioned to approve the minutes of the last time, Heather seconds.

Ø  Facebook message from Beta Theta – inter-chapter newsletter

III.                 Service VP: Heather

Ø  Humane Society

·   First Saturday of month is Humane Heroes

·   Grant County – fundraising – toy making

Ø  Youth Service Day – April 21-23

Ø  MS Walk April 23^rd (Kalina, Heather might walk)

Ø  Hugunin service auction – March 23^rd (Thurs) – children’s miracle network

·   Raffle $5 or 5 for $20 for TV

·   Tell Christian – brownies

Ø  Trail clean-up sometime this semester

Ø  Service Hours:

·   Pictures from sections – get to Christian some way, shape, or form

Ø  Every twenty approved photos submitted you get a half hour of service hours.

VIII.             Advisors

Ø  Potential advisor – new staff on campus

·   Lori has been looking for another as well! – Sharon Klavins potentially in the future

·   Maybe contact Betsy Hass in the future.

Ø  Christian doesn’t have strep anymore!
