Call to Order: 1:57pm
I. Heather motioned to approve the minutes of the last time, Christian seconds.

· Beta Theta is willing to send people on occasion
· Reaching out to the student organization office

Ø Facebook message from Beta Theta – inter-chapter newsletter
Ø The order to wear cords at graduation has been sent in.
Ø We got mail from Iota Tau…we do not have warm weather, but thank you.
III. Service VP: Heather
Ø Humane Society
· First Saturday of month is Humane Heroes
· Grant County – fundraising – toy making
Ø Service Hours:
· Banquet prep: Kalina (2hrs.), Heather and Christian (1.5hrs)
· Walk MS: Kalina (4hrs)
· Trail Clean-up: Heather (1hr), Kalina (2hrs)
IV. Membership VP: Heather
V. Fellowship VP: Christian
Ø Alumni Banquet went well.
Ø Guardians of the Galaxy Thursday May 4th 9pm $12
Ø White Elephant – we will try Sunday May, 7th 6:30 (Christian confirm)
· We have it in our budget to fund this.

Ø Potential advisor – new staff on campus
· Lori has been looking for another as well! – Sharon Klavins potentially in the future
· Maybe contact Betsy Hass in the future.
Ø We got an email saying we do not have enough faculty advisors.

Ø Heather gave Alphie to Christian because he had a birthday and did his graduation paperwork.
