Call to Order:  8:08 pm

         I.            Heather motioned to approve the minutes of the last time, Christian seconds.

·   Kalina is registered as a voting delegate

III.                 Service VP: Heather

Ø  Humane Society

·   First Saturday of month is Humane Heroes

·   Grant County – fundraising – toy making

·   WE WILL GO Dec 3^rd 9:30 Humane Heroes 11 training – Leave by 8:50

Ø  National Service Week – Nov. 6-12

·   Book Sale Dec 1-5

Ø  Service Hours:

·   Library: Kalina 2hrs.

·   Road side clean up: Christian 3hrs

·   Voting: Kalina, Heather, Christian 1hr

IV.                Membership VP: Heather

Ø  Need to start thinking of ideas for next semester’s rush week

·   Hot chocolate – serve?

·   Coloring for the nursing home and Honor Flight cards

·   Games – general or Cards Against Humanity

·   Something with scouting – contact their chapter and Irv

·   Snowman competition or snow painting

·   Christian has lollipops for a hand out

·   Baking and cookie/cupcake decorating

·   Midterm rush

Ø  Need to start thinking about Alumni Banquet.

·   Church needs to be reserved from 3-8.

·   Food? BBQ pork sandwiches, potatoes in some form (rosemary garlic potatoes – cheesy potato bake), fruit salad of some form (not canned), salad (ranch and Italian dressings)

1.       Pretzel and licorice wands, chocolate frogs, jelly beans, cake pops as a snitch (winter break homework)

·   Drinks? Water, coffee, butter beer or punch (polyjucie potion)

·   Theme:  Harry Potter – Lori has a snitch

·   Gift? Do we have APO mugs? – harry potter themed mugs online – look into personalized wand pens
