         I.            Heather motioned to approve the minutes of the last time, Christian seconds.

III.                 Service VP: Heather

Ø  NRHH Road side clean up Sun Nov 6^th 9:30-12:30 – Meet at Royce by 9:30

Ø  Run with the Cops Thursday Nov 3 4:30 set up and the run is at 7

Ø  Service Hours: Card delivery 0.5hr – Christian, Kalina

Ø  Need to start thinking about Alumni Banquet.

·   Church needs to be reserved from 3-8.

·   Food? Mexican (tacos with beef or chicken?), chicken cordon bleu, BBQ pork sandwiches, french onion soup, stroganoff, garlic cheddar chicken/baked garlic parmesan chicken and angel hair pasta recipe, French dip sandwiches

·   Drinks? Water, coffee, butter beer

·   Theme:  Harry Potter

·   Gift? Do we have APO mugs? – harry potter themed mugs online – look into personalized wand pens

·   Price? Depends on food choice

·   RSVP Date? April 8^th?

·   Seal for envelopes  

Ø  Self-defense class Wed. Nov. 16^th 5-6 preregister and there will be pizza

VI.                Treasurer: Advisors

Ø  $60 will be allotted to the representative at Nationals for apparel souvenirs for the chapter’s active members.

VII.               Jockey / Marketing: Christian

Ø  ALWAYS PICTURES, PLEASE!!

·   Pictures from sections – get to Christian some way, shape, or form

Ø  Every twenty approved photos submitted you get a half hour of service hours.

Ø  Potential advisor – new staff on campus

·   Lori has been looking for another as well! – Sharon Klavins potentially in the future

Ø  Kelsey deleted Christian from snapchat…revenge is coming.

X.                   Plunger and other miscellaneous gifts

Ø  Kalina gave Alphie to Christian because he managed to get out of the service events because there was a deer.
