[APO-L] APO-DT: Updated Bylaws 11/29/16

Hey Brothers,

Attached you will find our chapter Bylaws and Standing Policy, as of Nov 29th. Our most recent changes include: 

• Splitting Semi-Annual into two meetings. Article VI, Section 5
• Fixing an error involving the term length of Sergeant-at-Arms. Article III, Section 1, Clause 3
• Revising the # of times Bigs and Littles must visit with each other. Standing Policy
• Removing the requirement of having one active semester before running for Public Relations Chair. Article III, Section 1, Clause 2
• Increasing the active service hour requirement to 25, and pledge service requirement to 12.5. Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 and Standing Policy
• Removing pledge interviews. Standing Policy
