PHP APNS

Hello all

i want to do a APNS using linode server.

So how do i create a PHP code that can be used as APNS.

Is there is any step by solution for APNS using linode server  (i am using linode server)(any server) and PHP code file.

how do i integrate php code file in linode server and send a push notification to all devices. 

i just got https://code.google.com/p/apns-php/

this link but there no mention how do i use php file.
