Connecting but not sending.

i'm able to send a push notification from my development computer but on the production computer it only logs connected and never logs sending. it only output the following two lines, and never gets to "Sending" or "Disconnected."

any idea what could be the problem or suggesting for figuring out what the specific error is? thanks.

Even I am facing the same issue. No errors and No Notification.

How to solve this still not clear?
