How to setup ApnsPHP?

I've been looking around for a simple guide to set everything up but could not find one. Can you help me with some exact instructions of what I need to do with all the files?

I joing the question.

I could not find how to start with apnsPHP what should I do before I start and how to send notifications at all?

I have 3 kinds of notifications I need:

1. Text only, no action from user

2. Text and start app.

3. URL, send text and URL to user.
