status of refund

Anybody has any update on the status of refund? I am not getting any response from the Society.

The last message I have is 4th may as below

Investigation by police in progress. Statemnt recorded, notice issued to AMG 

 Another message i recd is also reproduced below

Enquiry is on...AMG director called...to his reply  we will give our written reply by Sunday...Then AMG directors will be called again...
