Requets you to please help me get refund of my hard earned money that I paid for booking the flat. I have been following this up for now more than year (please refer to trailing mails) but of no avail. the details and option opted are in the attached letter.

I paid Rs 3,58,225 on 23.11.2010 through net-banking transfer as booking amount of the flat. The date on which money was paid is inadvertantly written wrongly in the trailing mail.

Actually they are in interest of builder rather than society members ..may be they have personal benefit in that .. that's why everytime they say something and do some other things .... they promised to refund money in Jan 2015 month but still they r enjoying with our money ....
I think they willingly not refunding the money .... I think we again pressurized them only after that they refund in next 6 months...
I talked them they said by Dec they refund 50% amount and it will take next year to refund full money ....
This is their attitude ....

I am pained and disappointed that the society that promised to refund the money alongwith interest and provided various options including the refund has not even bothered to respond. I will continue sending you mails and when pushed to wall will have no option but move to Consumer courts with all the details like your receipt of money, bank transfer details and these mails.

Hoping that a better sense will prevail and you will immediately settle my case by refunding my hard earned money.

The management of APNI send me a mail that 80% of people got refunded .If this is true, its good. So only 20% people are suffering like me. From the remaining 20% if someone really interested to for legal option, let discuss further. I had talk to couple of Lawyers, may be next week Monday I am going to put a consumer case against APNI. My brother in Law is the income tax commissioner of Delhi, he assure me to guide us. If someone wants to join please send me mail.

Inspite  of several reminders, we have no response. We had faith in society as some NTPC employees were involved in the management. However, it turns out all promises made were false and intentions of the people involved do not seem proper.

Dear Singhal Sir,

Yes you are right. But this time I am standing with you as my trust on Apni Sehkari is really ruptured. I invested in this project and waited a long time as In the managing body of Apni Sehkari don’t have normal brokers or the corrupted builders. The managing committee of Apni Sehkari has persons which already hold very high post in different PSU. I always felt they will definitely come with some solution and resolve this matter, so waited till date. But I was wrong, its really the worst managing body as they don’t have any guilt to play with our hard earn money and they don’t feel to give back our money when we actually need it .So now no more wait, time to go for legal actions .I am going to call you tomorrow and discuss how we should proceed.
