 Dear Sir,

You may please be  recall your visit to Haridwar in response to my legal notice  as enclosed . During your visit, you had promised to refund the deposit money paid against the booking of flat in sector 75 by the end of January 2015. Inspit of a number of reminder to you on phone, deposit money with interest has not so far refunded. I again request you to kindly make arrangement to refund the subject money by the end of April 2015. Please do not compel me to go for commercial court or consumer court  for the settlement of the case.
