Dear Sir

Vide an Email dated 29th October, 2014 I chose the second (II) option of withdrawal. I further requested you to refund my money at the earliest through mails dated 17.11.2014 and 09.03.2015. Through this mail also I make an earnest request to you to kindly refund my money without any further delay.

Details of the payments that I have made to the society are as follows:
