I had already exercised my option to withdraw from the society and requested to return my money with 15% interest. I had provided all the details of earlier payment but yet to get a response from the society.

Needless to say that applicable interst will keep on mounting and it is better for the concerned to return the money at the earliest.

Today I talk to an APNI society  coordinator and he told me that society will start returning money by the end of December only when NEW MEMEBR WILL JOIN.

 

Earlier they were saying that society will start returning principle amount by start of December and interest will be returned when new member will join.

 

I am unable to make out that only 150 members have been opted for option1 , so how they will return our money .and why they are saying about new member.Is this possible that 250 new members will join this disputed deal.

In my opinion  after this deal land will be handover to AMG so AMG should pay our money with interest.

And out of 400 only 150 have chosen for option one then why they are continuing this deal.why they are counting option2 for continuing this deal.

Apni needs to set a date for returning the amount...since the experience is so bad, there is possible delay in getting even the principle amount.
