In line with our communication regarding my choosing the option of withdrawal from the Noida sector 75 project and request for refund of the amount deposited with the Society dated 29.10.2014 followed by my reminder and your acknowledgement of the same dated 17.11.2014, I hereby underscore that there has been no progress in the matter on your part even when you promised that the process will begin by 15.12.2014.
I am once again requesting you to refund my money without any further delay as I need it for an alternative investment.
