Apna Skool Monthly Meeting (21st June 2026)

Namaste!

The monthly meeting of Apna Skool is scheduled for Sunday, 21st June 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Meeting Agenda:

• Patriotic song with dhapli.
• To write on any topic in Hindi or English for 10 minutes
• Book reading.
• Submission of Report by the Teachers.
• All teachers have to return laptops, speakers and electronic items at the meeting.
• Library bags, staplers, scissors, first-aid box, music instrument (Dhapli), cards and science items also need to be returned.
• Books have to be issued to all teachers for reading.
• Teachers have to keep track of which state the labourers will return to for work in the next session.
• Discussion on the NIOS examination.
• Discussion regarding the closure of the APNA SKOOL center and the relocation of educational materials and Baksha. 

• Planning and discussion for the next academic session.

• All teachers are requested to submit the success story of one child from their respective centers." and  we require a detailed list of children from all centers, specifying which child from which center has been admitted to a particular hostel and class this year. Please include the child's village, address, age, and parents' names and occupations, as well as phone numbers.  

  Note: Please bring the monthly report. If any agenda point comes to mind, please mention it in the reply.
