ANNUAL FUNCTION REPORT: APNA SKOOL KARLA 3RD CENTER

Event Overview

Apna Skool Karla 3rd Center celebrated its Annual Function on 14 June 2026. Parents and community members attended the event in large numbers inside the school premises.

Staff and Student Volunteers

• Attending Teachers: Shukla bhaiya ji, Mukesh bhai, Sangeeta didi, Urmila didi, Kuldeep Bhai, and Pradeep bhai.
• Helping Kids: Ramu, Pankaj, Nandini, and Aditya.

Cultural Performances

1. Ganesha Vandana: Opening prayer dance performance.
2. Beti Hu Mai Beti: Heartfelt song and dance for girl child education.
3. Alien Dance: Fun costume dance by young kids.
4. Anti-Smoking Skit (धूम्रपान निषेध): Drama on health awareness.
5. Tange Tange: Energetic and fast-paced dance act.
6. Illiterate Neta Skit: Comedy play about education and politics.
7. Lilliput Dance: Creative novelty dance by small children.
8. Arambh Hai Prachand: High-energy traditional dance performance.
9. Yoga Dance: Rhythmic fitness performance using yoga poses.
10. Tiranga (Part 1 & 2): Patriotic finale dance honoring the national flag.

Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) Topics

The teachers held a special meeting with parents during the event to discuss four main points:

• Allow children proper time at home to study regularly.
• Send daughters to school daily and encourage girl education.
• Save money systematically for the family's secure future.
• Adopt family planning methods for better health and upbringing.

Sweet Conclusion

The event ended successfully with a vote of thanks followed by Petha distribution to all children, parents, and guests.
