.apm intermediate file

I'm trying to learn gekko mostly with remote=False, much faster than remote server, even if I don't know which, if any, capability I'm losing with this.

I think that there are intermediate files created by running a gekko model, at least the corresponding .apm model, but I'm not able to track where it is written. Also, if there is an option like verbose=True to use.

The files are stored in m.path that you can access with m.open_folder(). Maybe try both options to see which one is faster. Windows has a local version of IPOPT, but it uses the MUMPS linear solver that is generally not as fast as alternatives such as the Harwell Subroutine Library for linear solvers. There are additional solver options available with remote solution.
