Requirements:

 

  1. Participants should take bath and come.
  2. Participants should wear a loose cotton dress like paijama, pant-shirt. Ladies can wear cotton saree with a pant inside.
  3. Note book and pen.
  4. One Plate and a Tumbler
  5. Torch light
  6. Participants are required to participate in all the above programmes to get total benefit.
  7. Should be punctual and regular.
