Thank you for your contribution in APMCI 2012.

We would be happy to provide you a Business and Media Lounge located in "Mining and Engineering Indonesia" Exhibition,
which is organized by our partner, REED Panorama Exhibition.

(1) Details of the Lounge
- The specification of the lounge is 8x3 m as stated in the attached floor plan (jpg file) ;
- The image of the lounge can be found in the attached image (jpg file) ;
- No storage available in the lounge ;
- As you can see in the image, the setting is lounge style with 5 sets of couches. (1 set coach for 1 partner).
- We provide standing brochure for your marketing materials (1 standing brochure for 1 partner).
- You can assign 1 (one) person to standby in the lounge (1 person for 1 partner).

(2) Duration of the Lounge
- The Lounge is a part of "Mining and Engineering Indonesia" Exhibition ;
- The duration will be in 3 (three) days, from 10 to 12 October 2012 ;
- Exhibition hours is 10am to 6pm each day.

(3) Details we need from your side :
- Your booth assistant name, ( 1 name for 1 partner ). We need to produce id Exhibition badges ;
- In case you need to change your personnel, you are allowed to give us more than 1 (one) names, but we advise only to assign 1 (one) person to stay at the lounge ;
- Please provide the name by today ;
- Your quantity of your promotional brochure ;
- In case you want to display Roll-Up Banner, you can bring 1 (one) banner and we will find a spot to display it.

(4) Move-in Move-out schedule ;
As a part of exhibition, there is a fix time for each partner to bring the materials into the booth.
The schedule for "move in" is Tuesday, 9th of October 6pm to 9pm.
The schedule for "move out" is Friday, 12th of October 7pm.
