Dear Teo,

Good evening...

We would like to request the ID Badge for the existing participants (according to the list that we sent to you today) to be produced in advance and delivered to our office on Monday, 8th of October 2012.

The reason we request the  ID Badge on Monday is to distribute the convention kit  (id badge + bag + other kit) in advance to conference delegates on Tuesday so they do not have to do the queuing on Wednesday morning to pick up the kit before the show.

Would you please confirm this ?

As spoken, my vendor from Singapore will not arrive until 9 Oct 12nn. However, he is trying to help us prepare the badges over the weekend (part of the team is away in middle east and one of the guy is in Singapore), and pass the badges to my Singapore colleagues to bring over on Monday morning.   

 

If you need the speakers badges by Monday, pls email that to me by tonight, before 12 midnight.
