APMCI weekly marketing report update 5th of Oct 2012

Dear All,

Here are the updates for this week as of 5th of Oct 2012, please see attached files for both participants and sponsorship.

Other updates :

- Supervision of sponsorship items production.

- Supervision of supporting partners facility i.e. Business and Media Lounge production.

- Generating more key-person and VIP's from Government attending APMCI, liaison with Petromindo in inviting BKPM, Bappenas, Kemendag.

- Generating more key-person and VIP's from Mining Industry, liaison with IMA Director in inviting Executive and Advisory Board of IMA.

- Coordination with Registration team in inviting people from University.

- Coordination with Conference PIC and Petromindo in confirming speaker.

- Blasting email and telemarketing activities to get more paying attendees.

- Working with Reed to get ID Badges  for existing participants and speaker earlier than Wednesday.

- Coordination with production to distribute the ID Badges and Convention Kit for existing participants earlier than Wednesday.

- Supported Reed in closing deal a 24 sqm booth in Indonesia Pavilion.
