I am waiting for the final list of delegates and speakers from your side.
Usually, we ask the conference delegates to come to the Registration counters to collect their badges when they come for the conference. How and when do you want to distribute the badges?

We'll send you the delegates and speaker list partially because we are still waiting for the registration form from our participant and confirm speakers.
Is it possible to start distributing the badges one day before the show day (9th October 2012)?

Dear Astrid,
On 9th October, my vendor from Singapore will arrive at about 12nn, and they will be busy setting up the Visitor registration counters, and distributing the barcode scanners to the exhibitors. Therefore, I think we may not be able to distribute the badges on 9th Oct. This was not communicated to us, so it may be too late to change now as the vendor have already booked their airtickets.
Do you want us to print out all the badges first? Or as the delegate comes, we will print? Printing will take 1-2min.
We will have to open the counters earlier on 10th October, maybe 7:30am or 8am to distribute the badges.
