Added: Asynchronous processing of events (config option: apm.deffered_processing)

Hi,

Today I committed an important change in rev. 299238.
A new option: apm.deffered_processing (enabled by default) can be used
to process the events asynchronously.

Events information are stored in a simple linked list which is
processed at RSHUTDOWN.

Please, take some time to review and comment the implementation.
