NVIDIA software update interferes with APL+Win's Ctrl+F

FYI for anyone with APL+Win who also uses NVIDIA's software to control their GPU:

A few days ago I got an update to my NVIDIA software (controls the GPU).  After the update, in APL+Win the Ctrl+F keystroke, which normally brings up the Find dialog, instead brought up something completely difference called Game Filter.  I traced this down to one of the NVIDIA settings.  If you have the NVIDIA software and you encounter this problem, go into NVIDIA settings, Settings, Features, and turn off "NVIDIA Overlay."
