Lean Discussion

Hi all,

This is just a reminder that Sterling Mortenson will be presenting
about the Lean implementation and success at Hewlett Packard. This
will be something you don't want to miss. Please RSVP with me so I
have an idea how many people are coming. Also, feel free to send this
out to your agile and waterfall contacts, I think everyone would enjoy
the information. Sterling now has a private consulting firm and
presents on Lean regularly.

Again, we are meeting at the Red Lion downtowner restaurant, at 12:00
noon to 1:30. If you have any questions please let me know.

Hi everyone,

So far I have only ONE person who has indicated that they are coming
to the Agile meeting today, please let me know if you can come.

Sterling Mortenson is prepared to discuss HP's lean adoption for us. I
believe you will enjoy it and be able to take some gems back to your
own organization. Even though there aren't a lot of lean applications
going on in Boise, Lean's focus on Agile principles are going to be
helpful for any Agile adoption.

I have moved the meeting location close to downtown to make it more
centrally located for everyone so I hope that helps. Please let me
know how we can make the group more useful and applicable to your
daily lives.
