Dear APOs:

Thank you very much for your presence and active participation during the APO Meeting last Monday, 29 April 2013. Also, kindly relay our thanks to your trainors who braved the boring whole day poll-watchers training seminar yesterday, 30 April 2013. :-)

Just to reiterate on our agreements, please take note of the following:

1. Letters to the Election Officers not yet submitted after the 28 April 2013 deadline should be submitted immediately, hoping the EOs will receive and accept the same even after the lapse of deadline.

We have written Chairman Brillantes yesterday, 30 April 2013, seeking reconsideration to extend the deadline imposed by Comelec Resolution No. 9640, s.2013, which falls on a Sunday. I have e-mailed a scanned received copy of our letter to his COS last night. We will update you on this.

2. For those who have submitted their letters, please appoint our official watchers immediately. For those who are about to submit their letters to the EOs and are successful in having their letters received and accepted, please appoint our watchers ASAP. For those who failed to submit, appoint our "watchers" just the same although they will not be recognized by the BEI as official watchers.

3. Orient our watchers immediately using the Poll-Watchers Training Materials CD. The National Campaign Secretariat will e-mail you bullet pointers soonest.

Remember, our watchers should be able to accomplish 4 basic things on Election Day - (1) Vote 124. Append for party-list; (2) Herd our voters to the polling precincts & make sure they vote 124. Append for party-list; (3) Communicate with your designated center chiefs on any and all irregular, suspicious or illegal activities in the precincts or nearby areas which will affect Append Party-List for appropriate action by your local legal teams; (4) Report to your designated center chiefs the votes garnered by Append Party-List at the precincts assigned to them & SECURE A COPY OF THE STATEMENT OF VOTES which they will physically turn-over to your designated clearing houses.

The polling precincts will open at 7:00 a.m. & close at 7:00 p.m. The National Campaign Secretariat's Operation Quick Count center will be activated at 10:00 a.m. on 13 May 2013.

4. Appoint our official watchers at the Municipal, City & Provincial Boards of Canvassers under your areas of operation. Ideally, let us assign a senior staff member living closest to the place of canvass.

5. Form your local legal teams which we hope can interface with the Legal Team of the party before May 13, 2013. Our lawyers on duty at Strata office on Election Day will be Atty. Ed Cabreros, Atty. Raineer Chu & Atty. Gladys Bautista.

Please don't hesitate to communicate with us anytime, any day. The next 13 days are crucial.

Thank you again for all your support and hard work. Let us give it a last final push for APPEND PL!

Salamat, mga Kadikit!

Albert
