Dear Kadikit,

While the Comelec, with finality, only allows 123 party-list groups to participate in the May 13, 2013 elections, it doesn't mean that those numbered 124-136 on the ballot are disqualified. It only means that 13 of the 136 are disqualified and they are scattered elsewhere on the ballot.

In fact, starting #121, all PL groups on the ballot are in the running, including what you will vote for and mark tomorrow, 124. APPEND.

Kindly circulate to everyone about this cowardly act of black propaganda to disenfranchise legitimate & bona-fide PL groups like APPEND, the true & real voice of the Pinoy Microentrepreneurs!

God bless us all!

Albert
