Dear APOs:
Some last minute reminders ...
1. Let us give our final push for our campaign until 1159pm of May 11 only. Afterwhich, no more outward, public campaigning. All our social media accounts will likewise stop posting anything. But you can still post and interact online. Owners & managers of all our social media accounts will just monitor your posts. We will resume activities at 701pm of May 13.
2. On Election Day, let us cast our votes early so we can have more time to ensure that our flock will do likewise. Please do not wear anything with markings of Append or Append Party-List. No more handing out of campaign materials starting 12am of May 12, especially within, near or inside polling centers/places &/or precincts.
3. Our "poll-watchers" (both official & unofficial) in the precincts should be able to secure our "Statement of Votes" from the Chairman of the Board of Election Inspectors (BEI) indicating the votes garnered by APL and submit the same to concerned and assigned officials of your organization.
4. If you intend to appoint "poll-watchers" in the municipal, city, provincial, district (for MM) & regional (for ARMM) boards of canvassers, please inform us so that we can monitor and take remedial actions in case you will not appoint.
These watchers should be able to secure a photocopy, or at the very least a picture taken from his/her phone's camera, of the "Certificate of Canvass" showing the votes garnered by APL. If possible, efforts must be undertaken to at least copy the votes for APL per barangay in the case of municipal, city & district BOCs, and votes for APL per municipality/city in the case of PBOCs & the RBOC, etc.
These documents & pictures should be submitted to concerned and assigned officials of your organization & reported to the APL's Operation Quick Count Center.
5. The APL Operation Quick Count Center will convene & be activated at 10am of May 13. Our National Legal Team will likewise be on hand to assist your local legal teams.
Let's make it 3 in '13! Salamat ng marami mga Kadikit!
Sa Mayo-a-trese, imarka po sa ating mga balota 124. APPEND!
Albert
