Dear APOs:
The last 3 weeks of our campaign is crucial. We urge you to stay focused more than ever and continue to do what we've been doing since February 12. Now is the time for us to stay together and encourage each other. Election Day is just 24 days away.
As far as our financial resources permit, we are going to do 3 basic & important activities during the last 3 weeks of our campaign ... all with one goal in mind: 3 seats in '13!
1. Massive rollout of campaign materials, saturation drives to campaign for votes, and securing commitments from everyone.
2. Production of pollwatch training materials and holding of pollwatch training-the-trainors seminars in as many areas as possible. This includes your cooperation in identifying poll watchers in as many precincts as we can fill.
My suggestion is to utilize all our center chiefs/presidents as hubs on Election Day. They will monitor & coordinate precinct-level activities, collate the votes & report to APOs, then the APOs will transmit the same to Operation Quick Count center at the National Campaign Secretariat.
Our Legal Team is ready to implement various plans based on availability of funds.
3. Prepare for Election Day.
Just some reminders:
1. Kindly send your motorcade & activities pics/videos to Lex Calamba (append...@gmail.com) for postings & archival purposes.
2. Kindly send scanned copies of all Statement of Expenses you submitted to your respective Election Officers for rallies and/or motorcade held in your areas to our Finance Officer, Wennie Fabrigas.
