Attachment of Pension U/Sec. 125 Cr.P.C

Namasthe one and all. Can pension amount be attached in an application for enforcement of maintenance amount under section 125 Cr.P.C. Kindly answer in light of section 11 of Pensions Act, 1871.

wife who got maintenance cannot be equated with a creditor, under the
pensioners Act, the bar is aggainst a civil cour, a criminal court
under proceedings under section 125 cr.p.c can attach service pension
in an application for maintenance.
